Meal Preparation
If food preparation and cooking is difficult for you, we can help ensure you eat well and enjoy a health, balanced diet every day. Our team will work with you to agree on a meal plan which we’ll then prepare for you, so you don’t have to rely on ready meals and can instead eat fresh, nutritious food.
Social Outings
We believe it’s important for those who want to, to be able to get out and about. From trips to the shops for your weekly shopping, a stroll to get some fresh air, an outing to a garden centre to see the flowers in full bloom or to seek out the local day centres that are available to you, we’ll ensure you can take the social outings of your choice.
Domestic Services
Household chores can be physically demanding, so if you require assistance, we can offer a bespoke package of domestic services for you. From laundry to cleaning, we’ll help you keep on top of the ordinary, everyday household tasks.
Personal Care
Our team offer help with personal needs that may have become difficult, from getting out of bed and washing and dressing in the morning, to a range of practical, personal hygiene and pain management services, maintaining your dignity and privacy at all times.
